A Closer Look: COZY SOFA in Motion

Some pieces of furniture you have to see in motion. The way the COZY SOFA cushions bounce back into shape, the texture of the fabric as the light shifts — these are things a still photo simply can’t convey. So we filmed it, with no filters and no artificial lighting.

What you’re actually seeing here

The video was shot in our studio in morning light from the north window — the most honest light there is. What you see is exactly what arrives at your home, including the little details that are easy to miss in photos:

• How the cushion bounces back — press, release, and it’s fully back in shape within seconds
• The way the fabric drapes over the curve of the backrest — no hidden seam, no forced fold
• The shadow cast by the leg — the sofa floats, it doesn’t sit on the floor

How we filmed it

Three rules guided the shoot, and we stick to them in every product video:

1. Natural light only — what the camera sees at ten in the morning is what you’ll see in your living room
2. No color grading in post — the fabric’s shade in the video is the shade in the delivery
3. One continuous take per angle — no cuts that hide anything

And why that matters

Because you buy furniture once a decade, and most disappointments start with the gap between the catalog and the living room. The more you see beforehand, the less you’ll regret afterward.
